    Well, volunteering is going good.  Birds seem okay, happy even. Mum's doing good, at least, the same which is good.

    I was looking through the journals, and I read about something I've never heard of....

    What's a fight club?

    Well....I put Mum in a temporary home while I got to take a trip and when I went to see her....well, she didn't seem interested in coming home.  At least, she didn't seem to realize that she wasn't  already home. It was kind of good, to see her looking better but sort of depressing and sad.  She called me my dad's name, then my own name, and then my brothers, so for all she knows, she had three visitors the other morning.  I went to work, and it was sort of like the owls knew I was down in the dumps.

    I only got bit twice, which is sort of a record.

    So I guess she is staying...... gives me way too much  time on my own....so I've been practicing! 

    Um...is anyone interested in maybe practicing some Quidditch moves with me?

    My mum's sick.

    I mean, she has been sick.   That's why I got out sooner than I expected I live at home.  But her healer hasn't said anything new, and she seems off.  I expect I noticed because of my work with the owls; it sort of strange to think that working with them has made me a bit more sensitive to things.

    So I need a new healer.  Anyone know any good ones?

    That Bats game was tense; it utterly sucks that they lost.  And I got to see it!  I was there. 

    It was a private box, and the view was fantastic!  I could get used to it, way way too easily.

    What a bloody amazing game! Listening was just.. Jusy bril! I haven't heard a game in so long.

    Next time, I'm going to try to BE there.

    Oh! Anyone got any advice for getting the smell of owl sh-- .. I mean, owl droppings from my clothes? They are starting to smell a bit odd..
